Kevin is a smart and talented coach and advisor. I worked with him for several years at Williams College on a number of projects. He led the first-ever retreat for my group during my first year in the position. This was a group that wasn't used to or comfortable with that kind of environment. As part of this, Kevin performed a DISC analysis for the group. Almost all of us had similar scores - detailed-oriented, introvert, behind the scenes types. Given all of this, Kevin was able to masterfully lead our group in various discussions and exercises. Everyone participated and the event was well-received. Kevin was also very helpful to me and provided management consulting and coaching through some difficult challenges. He also led the training program at Williams for supervisors and managers. What I find so helpful, especially during the more targeted sessions with Kevin, is his ability to connect with people and get them to share and participate. He's able to pull from all of his background and training and find the approach that fits best for each person. He is able to understand what's needed and meets people where they are. I have found his approaches to be creative, sensitive, and effective. He's kind and careful, but not afraid to push when needed. It's a great combination!
