Every engagement begins with a dialog of joint discovery to seek out the core of the issue facing your organization and identify next steps that will help you move forward.

Powerful Questions

Exploring powerful questions is a key component of the consultation process. Here are some of the questions we may explore as we go along:

  • If you woke up in the morning and this problem were completely solved, what would be the first difference you would notice?

  • What are the results you are getting right now, and what are the results you want to have?

  • What specific behaviors would you like to see from your team, that you are not seeing now?

  • What is your main hypothesis about what is going wrong? Are you willing to question that hypothesis?

  • Taking a good hard look in the mirror, is there anything you yourself may be doing to contribute to the problem? What is your commitment to change?

Contracting

Once we come to an initial formulation of the problem, and come to an agreement about the rough outlines of a solution, I’ll send you a detailed proposal with pricing. When that is finalized I will send you a contract to be signed over email.
