What’s Psychodrama?

Developed by J.L. Moreno, psychodrama uses techniques of role playing and improvisation drawn from the theater to create transformative experiences.  During these open sessions we’ll create a safe space to connect, bear witness to one another’s life journeys, and create the conditions for positive change.
