Through anonymous surveys, confidential interviews, and assessments that help to understand the styles and priorities of group members, we’ll get a better understanding of where your team is and how it needs to develop.

Team Building Retreats

Team building retreats can help people to bond, build trust, and have important conversations that don’t take place in the course of day to day work. At my retreats, I focus on helping each group member commit to experimenting with specific new behaviors that will help the team achieve its goals.

Team Coaching

In a team coaching engagement, I attend meetings with your team, and make in-the-moment process observations that help your team to develop insight and practice new behaviors that lead to better results. At the end of each meeting, I lead a brief evaluation of the meeting that helps the group to harvest what it is learning and plan to make the next meeting even more effective. By making these interventions in real time while your group is doing real work, you’ll see immediate, practical impact.
